UK + Europe:

Recorded Delivery 1st class estimated 1-3 days : £6.50 (insured up to £40)

Special Delivery Next Day before 1pm (UK Only) : £8.50 (over £40)

UK and European Deliveries will be made in 1-3 working days
after you placed your order [excluding Weekends]

International & non EU:

Delivery approx 5-7 business days

Tracked & Signed insured up to £250: £15

International Deliveries will be made in 3-7 working days, Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email letting you know your package is on its way.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you have made a payment through Paypal and decide you want to cancel, you will have to notify us by emailing us at info@justinecullen.com. We will verify that we have received your order and refund your money through the pay pal system, It may take up to 10 days for the funds to clear back into your account. Please note: We have a 24 hour cooling off period from time of order if you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund withing this period. This does not apply to custom orders.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards. At the moment processing is only done by Pay Pal, which does NOT require membership for you to use it, although membership is free and can speed up transactions in the future. We will soon be using a payment gateway for Credit Card transactions which will be faster.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes, We use Pay Pal for all our transactions, they are internationally recognized as the most secure way to shop online, and because we use them we do not store any of your credit card details here, all transactions are covers by SSL ecryption, meaning your details can not be read by a third party whilst being transmitted across payment gateways.

What countries do you ship to? How long does it take to deliver?

The list of countries on the checkout page contains all the countries we shop to. Please contact customer service with any enquiries about shipping to your country if it is not on the list.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No the purchaser receives the invoice by email.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 14 working days of delivery, in its original and unused saleable condition, together with its original packaging and receipt to:

We will refund you the full amount of the standard goods, excluding any shipping charges. Our Refund Guarantee does NOT apply to our Gift Voucher, customised products e.g. engraved or bespoke orders or products that include any other alterations. In certain circumstances, these will be considered on a case by case basis at our own discretion.

To take advantage of our Refund Guarantee you must do the following:

* State the reason for the return and whether you would like us to exchange or refund the item.

* Return the item in its unworn, pristine and re-saleable condition with its original product packaging and receipt.

* Package the item securely and adequately. Be careful when packaging the jewellery as you will be held responsible for any damage/scratching incurred in transit.

* Return by registered post or courier ensuring item is adequately insured for its full value. Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery charges.

* Mark the shipping documents / waybill with ‘Return of British Goods’ if you are returning the goods from outside the EU.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
