Prices and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

When placing your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card. Payment will be not be taken until your order has been accepted and the goods dispatched. We carry out security checks on all orders and may cancel your order should it fail these checks, upon which you will be notified.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee our jewellery to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Defective jewellery may be returned or exchanged within 10 days after purchase for a refund or exchange, the defective nature of the item will be determined upon receipt. Jewellery must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect jewellery will be given a store credit only. Jewellery received after 21 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Jewellery received after 60 days will only be accepted at our discretion for a store credit. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. Returns for customized items will not be accepted. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. Please note: We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount. Please contact us by email info@justinecullen.com for a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the package – returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

Custom Designs

If you would like a variation of a current design, have a unique design in mind or would like to have a custom design let us know. Just email us and we will be happy to discuss.

Custom Work Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders unless otherwise agreed. If a payment plan is arranged for your design we will work on your piece over the time agreed from the first invoice date. Once invoiced you agree to our terms of payment in full and are required to see the project to it’s completion. All custom orders including commissions, bespoke and alterations on any and all jewellery designs in the collection are non-refundable once deposit it paid. All deposits and further payments for a web purchase, private purchase or commission pieces are non-refundable. Once your order is paid in full you will receive your item.

Please note: All custom jewellery orders are final. No returns or refunds accepted.

Credit Card Security

All card transactions are carried out for us via PayPal. They provide the most reliable payment processing available with customer service that is second to none. We do not see any of your credit card details or bank information. PayPal verify your card and address details on our behalf and then authorises the sale to us. Other Payments

At present we are only able to handle credit card orders directly via our website.  If you do not wish to use your credit card online you can contact us directly with your order by phone or Email.

Hallmarks: We are registered with the London Assay Office. All items exceeding the statutory weight bear the British Hallmark which guarantees the quality and fineness of the metal used. Unless otherwise stated in the descriptions all items sold in our online store are made of Sterling Silver.
